Please note that telephone appointments, urgent care appointments, and OHIP-based procedures cannot be booked online. To schedule these types of appointments, kindly call our office at 519-741-1717.
Starting this fall and winter, Dr Penhearow is precepting Sanja, a Senior Nurse Practitioner student completing her final placement before independent practice.
Your appointment may be with Dr. Penhearow, with Sanja, or with both. All of Sanja's care is reviewed with Dr. Penhearow.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This applies to both in-person and telephone appointments.

Missed Appointment Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a missed appointment fee. Fees vary based on the type of appointment missed.
LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late for your in-person appointment or call back late for your telephone appointment, the appointment may still be possible but will still end at the originally scheduled time. There will be no extension of the appointment to accommodate the late arrival to be fair to other waiting patients.

Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If your arrival or call back is near the halfway point of the allocated appointment time, the appointment will likely need to be rescheduled, and a missed appointment fee will apply.
Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or late arrivals demonstrate a lack of professional respect for the time of the physician as well as other patients waiting to be assessed and erodes the physician-patient relationship over time. If the behavior continues to recur, the patient may be dismissed from the practice.
