We also offer medical office procedures, including lesion removal and cosmetic injectables. Lead Physician
Dr. Janie Penhearow
Dr. Penhearow is a compassionate family medicine physician with a strong focus on patient-centered care. She has provided over ten years of dedicated full spectrum family medicine care to her patient roster and has built strong, trusting relationships with her patients to ensure they receive the best possible care.
Receptionist
Jenny Byrne
Jenny has been our lead receptionist since 2021. She is an exceptional multitasker and efficiently handles a variety of tasks, including managing phones, reports, faxes, referrals, scheduling, and third-party paperwork. We couldn't function without her!
Clinic Nurse - Present
Emily McGaghey
Nurse Emily has worked with Dr. Penhearow for over five years. She has re-joined the team to cover Andrea Kelly's maternity leave. We are blessed to have her nursing expertise, sense of humor and quick wit back with us.
Clinic Nurse - Maternity Leave
Andrea Kelly
Nurse Andrea has been our clinic's nurse since 2021 and is currently on maternity leave. We send her our warmest wishes for a joyful time with her baby and eagerly await her return to the clinic in late 2025.
Office Manager
Adam McDonald
Adam took on the role of Office Manager mid-2024. He manages patient concerns, assists with reception and clinic flow, increases clinic efficiency, and handles our communication systems like a pro. We're so lucky to have him on our team!
Clinic Volunteer
Amrit Mann
Amrit is a committed volunteer at the
clinic and aspires to become a physician. She has expertise in various reception duties as well as rooming patients and taking vitals. She selflessly offers the clinic admin and patient support for one or two days per week on a regular basis.
